“Diversity and inclusion is one of the filters that is going to help us accelerate our transition out” of the Covid-19 pandemic, said Antonio Lucio, chief marketing officer of Facebook.

In conversation with Tiffany R. Warren, Omnicom’s chief diversity officer and founder of Adcolor, Lucio impressed upon the point that without real action, it’s just words.

“Unless you’re ready to look at someone in the eye that feels fundamentally different than you do and accept the fact that his or her thinking is going to to make you better, going to make the product better and going to accelerate our the business forward, then talking about diversity is just nice talk,” he said.
