Annalee Newitz Joins Ars Technica

She moves on from Gizmodo.

Annalee Newitz is joining Ars Technica as tech culture editor. Newitz most recently served as the editor in chief of Gizmodo. Previously, she founded the science site iO9.

“We have been admirers of Annalee’s work for years,” said Ars editor Ken Fisher, in a statement. “So it is a great pleasure to have her join Ars Technica.”

Newitz joins Ars Technica Dec. 21.
