The New York Times has named Marie-Amélie Sauvé fashion director of T: The New York Times Style Magazine.
“Marie-Amélie has an impeccable sense of how to capture the mood and feeling of the moment through her styling and the imagery she creates,” said T editor Deborah Needleman, in an announcement. “She articulates her ideas and helps shape the direction of fashion through images of women that are strong, mysterious, womanly and edgy.”
“Her style leadership and image making power will bring T’s fashion pages more alive than ever,” added T creative director Patrick Li.
