Good Day Philadelphia anchor Mike Jerrick was back on-air for Fox-owned station WTXF this morning.
Right off the top of the 6 a.m. hour, Jerrick told viewers he stepped over the line last week by saying Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway was good at bullshit.
Jerrick also apologized to co-anchor Alex Holley for putting her in an uncomfortable position. Jerrick then began evoking the memory of George Carlin by referencing the late-comedian’s bit about the seven words you can’t say on TV, before Holley stopped him. He finished his mea culpa by asking weather anchor Sue Serio to do something inappropriate to get him off the hook.
Back tomorrow @FOX29philly with @AlexHolleyFOX29 at 6am. Will address this past week. Miss you all my Good Day family.
